    <description>4 boneless chicken breasts (either slice into thin pieces or pound until about &amp;frac12; inch thick)
Sprinkle the pieces with salt and pepper and saut&amp;eacute; in small amount of olive oil until no longer pink. &amp;nbsp;Remove from skillet and keep warm.
1 t cornstarch
1 C apple cider or unsweetened apple juice
4 T maple syrup
1 t onion powder
Combine all until smooth, pour into skillet, cook until slightly thickened, add chicken and coat both sides, heat through and serve.

    <description>1 large onion, quartered and sliced
6-10 boneless chicken breasts
3 T olive oil
1 1/3 C chili sauce
&amp;frac34; C whole berry cranberry sauce
1/3 C brown sugar
3 T cider vinegar
4 &amp;frac12; t Worcestershire sauce
4 &amp;frac12; t yellow mustard
In a large skillet, saut&amp;eacute; the onions and chicken until chicken is no longer pink.&amp;nbsp; Add the remaining ingredients once they have been well mixed and simmer with the chicken until the chicken is done.&amp;nbsp; You can also prepare the sauce and pour it over unbaked chicken and bake until done if you&amp;rsquo;d rather not use the stove top.

3 fresh jalapeno chiles, seeded, chopped

1 T honey
Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.&amp;nbsp; Rub on the chicken pieces, place in a crock pot, cook on low until done.&amp;nbsp; I used chicken thighs, and I took off the skin before I rubbed them.

    <description>Sauce: 
3 T flour
3 T water
&amp;frac12; C teriyaki sauce
&amp;frac14; C orange marmalade
1 t fresh garlic
1 &amp;frac12; minced ginger
2 T brown sugar
In a sauce pan, mix flour and water until smooth.&amp;nbsp; Add remaining sauce ingredients, mix well with flour and water, bring to a boil, stir and cook for a minute or so.&amp;nbsp; Spread on two 14 inch uncooked pizza crusts.
Enough diced chicken (raw or cooked) to cover the dough.&amp;nbsp; Mix with 2 T teriyaki sauce, &amp;frac12; t fresh ginger, &amp;frac12; t garlic.&amp;nbsp; If raw, saut&amp;eacute; all in olive oil until cooked.
After spreading the sauce on the crusts, sprinkle with mozzarella, then add the chicken, diced green, yellow, and red peppers, plus diced onion.&amp;nbsp; Bake until done.
I didn&amp;rsquo;t add cheese on top, but you could.

Salsa: 
1 C chopped plum tomato
2 T finely chopped onion
2 t fresh lime juice

1/8 t freshly ground black pepper
1 avocado, peeled and finely chopped
Place the chicken and next 3 ingredients in a bag and marinate for 5-10 min.&amp;nbsp; Place chicken in a hot, oiled skillet, sprinkle with the salt, and saut&amp;eacute; on both sides until cooked through.&amp;nbsp; Discard marinade.&amp;nbsp; Mix the ingredients for the salsa and serve with the chicken.

1 1/2 t paprika

Whirl
the pecans, flour, and seasoning in a food processor until you have
fine crumbs. Dip the breasts in milk and then roll in the nut mixture.
Saut&amp;eacute; each breast in hot oil until lightly browned on each side. Finish
baking them in the oven.

Shredded Parmesan cheese
Finely chopped fresh or ground dry Rosemary
Shape rolls into 8 squares.&amp;nbsp; Place an even amount of onion, cheese, and turkey on each.&amp;nbsp; Seal on top.&amp;nbsp; Brush with egg, sprinkle with cheese and rosemary.&amp;nbsp; 
Bake at 350 for ~30 min.
